Shipping Policies

Shipping

Orders are shipped from our local shop, usually 3-5 business days after purchase, however this time frame can change during times of heavy traffic (holidays, promotions, new releases, etc...).

Orders are shipped using Canada Post, with automatically generated pricing based on the weight of your item. Please select your preferred method/speed of shipment during check-out.

Shipping times can vary depending on time of year, and cannot be controlled by Lovely Body - once it is picked up by Canada Post, any delays due to customs/weather/strikes, are out of our hands. Estimates of shipping times are provided upon checkout, but cannot guaranteed unless purchasing Priority/Xpresspost shipping - if your item arrives beyond Canada Post's posted shipping guarantees (not including time prior to shipping), please contact us.

 

Contactless Local Pick Up/Delivery
Delivery is for Thunder Bay Residents Only Please - If you do not live within city limits, please do not select this option, it will result in delays of you receiving your order while we contact you to make alternate arrangements. Rural/ out of town customers are welcome to pick up at the shop or have their order shipped with Canada Post. If you choose this option but do not live within the area, your order may be cancelled. Thanks so much for your understanding!

Delivery: We will be using the contactless method - we will "knock and drop" (knock on door and leave parcel hanging on door knob/mailbox). When you receive notification that your order has been fulfilled, it means your order has been dropped off! Please do not leave your orders in the heat, rain or cold, and bring them inside as soon as possible! If you have special directions (ie. "Leave at side door") please leave it in "Note about Order" prior to finalizing your order, or email us. Thanks!

Contactless Pick-Up: When you select Pick Up and receive notification that your order has been fulfilled, it means your order is ready for pick up at the shop! Simply come to the shop, and while waiting outside give us a call at 807-286-7030 to let us know you're here (If you do not have a phone, you can also knock on the front door and someone will come to assist you). Someone will come to the door and place your order on the table/box/hook outside. When the door closes again and you're given the Ok, you may go up and take your order. Please maintain the recommended 2m/6 ft away while the door is open to help ensure we can all keep eachother safe.
